Decided on a longish run today which meant getting up early so we could collect grandson and take him and Mr Rat to the Toddler group (the downside of now only having one car!).
I decided to go "over the hills and far away" but my legs and breathing weren't so keen on the idea and I ended up walking more ups than I would usually do and only the downs were relatively easy. However, I made it and was showered and changed in time for café.
After grandson insisted on taking me to the playpark to play pirates - there's an amazing amount of buried treasure there!
later I made a batch of cheese with my birthday kit and used the whey to cook the vegetable risotto - tasty.
I've decided that the way to deal with photos from the phone if they don't come up to scratch is to do some fun processing, the tree is one and the extra another.
