Back to work

Work today - back to our usual routine, with the addition of two extra dogs in the morning. Not confident in having poppy off the lead, so she ends up running rings around us and trying to get to lili and Oscar. Oscar enjoys teasing lili, catching the ball then running away from her.

Work, only one extra day off from the holiday period so no major dramas.

Took a late lunch, so I could collect AJ from the station. She told me she would be on the 15:32 train from Reading, panic set in when she didn't appear. Telephoned what I thought was Reading Station but was general help line so they were unable to help; telephone call to assistance line, very helpful person (James), confirmed the arrangements and that she was in the 16:02 train. The train arrived, all the people getting off dispersed quickly leaving this little lady walking solely down the platform. I great her, quite rudely, about her time keeping but apologised later as the delay was due to the trains! Oopps.

Daughter and son-in-law home tomorrow :(
