Day out at Birdworld.

    We visited Birdworld today which is not very far from home. The weather was bright but there was still a nip in the air.
I took many shots today and am having difficulty in choosing one for my blip. This is a very young Pelican and I was about 6feet away from it in taking this shot.
     I have included in the extras a couple of other shots of different species of birds. The first one is Pink Neck Green Pigeon and the second one is of a Luzon Bleeding Heart Dove. In these shots it was unavoidable to lose the wire mesh shadows from their cages. Otherwise there would be no birds to look at!!
     Also there is an Underwater world where they have rare species of fish and coral.

The day out certainly took Mrs B's mind off her painful leg with those ulcers, but she is  feeling the pain now.
