My favourite place

Hubby had a day off today, so we decided to have a trip to Parham House.  We love it there, it's so peaceful.  This is taken near the car park in the grounds.  I am hoping to put some extra photos in my folder of one of the statues, an amazing tree with roots on show (in an eroded sandstone area), hubby and son in the old kitchen dining room, some chickens, and flowers.  The walled garden was pretty bare, but there were some lovely flowers in the greenhouse and some beautiful daffodils out in the grounds.  We enjoyed a very nice Ploughman's lunch (and went back later for tea and cake :-))
