Free Trade Hall (or was)

This is the facade of the Manchester Free Trade Hall - the inside was gutted and is now a Radisson Hotel. Back in the 1970s I worked here as a steward, policing the teenyboppers at Marc Bolan concerts. To be fare, I did actually see some good bands back in the day, and with a back stage pass I got to talk to quite a few performers - some charming (Rod Stewart, Linda Rondstat) and some quite unpleasant (I'll not comment). On the whole, good memories.
