Capstone

I had the pleasure of attending a meeting about the future of Entrepreneurial Scotland, followed by a talk by Peter Lederer about his career.  He spent over 30 years at Gleneagles, transforming it from a British Rail hotel that only opened in summer, to a globally recognisable luxury resort that is full year-round.  Quite a story.  He also told us a bit about some of his more recent activities - plenty for us all to learn.  Afterwards it was great to meet with some of the current cohort of Saltire Fellows - this event was part of their "capstone" week leading up to graduation tomorrow...  I wish them all luck with whatever comes next.
