A storm is coming

With the Olympics about to commence in London, the world prepares to do battle on the athletics track, field and other sporting arenas. I think the stormy clouds in the background along with HMS Devonshire (?) in the foreground highlight the fighting spirit of the games; each country wanting to prove that they have what it takes to be the best.
