Turtle Doves

Not the best of photos but I wanted to blip the two doves. I went out to take the bin out & saw a beautiful moon over the stump, ran back in to grab my camera & when I came back out the doves were there. The choice was the doves with no moon, because the sky was overexposed or the moon with no doves, because they flew away. The doves won.

We don't see many of them in this part of the world so it's always special to see them and, even more special to hear them in the early morning.

We had goat's liver pie for tea. It was C's first attempt at making anything pie'y. He usually get sick from pastry, but we got some gluten free pastry & thought of giving it a try.
