Mrs. Mallard

After a morning walk in Chagrin River Park, I headed out to Penitentiary Glen in hopes of finding some bluebirds. Sorry to say, I didn't see bluebirds at either park, but this mallard was posing nicely in the little pond at Penitentiary Glen. I hadn't been there recently and didn't realize they had built a walk way over the pond. That's where I caught this mallard and the turtles I posted as today's extra photo. I also posted a few other pictures on Flickr.
