Walking in the rain

I feel very grateful for the help and support of my family and friends . M came today and brought some frozen meals for the freezer and we went for a short walk. When J got home , we did some domestic tasks I hadn't managed myself and then we went for a walk along the esplanade at Helensburgh as the sun was going down .
