The Back - 1

This is the first in a series of 'building the new extension'. This stage is 'the calm before the storm', for soon, large pieces of steel will arrive.
Oblivious to the tension mounting, I spent the day gardening. My contribution to the building work was to move some plants that may be trampled under foot when the steel arrived.
