Watching me watching him

Went birding on the Somerset Levels today and this buzzard flew alongside the car and then perched right in front of us so this is taken through the windscreen.  Our main aim was to visit a heronry (see extra) where a couple of nests had hatchlings but so small we didn't see them but we did see 42 different kinds of birds - what a tally and gorgeous day
