Lady Bird

Started the day with only water to drink before going for a heart scan (thank you Anne for taking me) was told I shouldn't drive. Having signed the consent form and being informed of all the things that could go wrong (heart attack included) the procedure went well unfortunately with no real results other than knowing my aortic valve is ok having had it replace twice already. Felt fine after the procedure and felt I could have driven. This afternoon needed 2 hours on the bed felt completely knackered. The blip was taken in the garden and would have been  flower till I saw this ladybird. I also like the patterns in the wood ( yes Anne long lens again)
