Beach finds!

Today has been a mix of productive, fun, and tiring all rolled into one!

Got lots done this morning, then this afternoon we went to Littlehampton.

We spent almost three hours:
- paddling in the sea;
- comparing little stones with big stones;
- finding shells;
- making a 'shaky' by finding a shell that opened and putting a small stone inside (can't take credit for that one, that was all Ewan's idea!!!);
- finding snails and crabs;
- running along walls and benches (NOT me!);
- playing catch;
- making sand castles;
- playing in the park; and
- a bit of (boring) shopping thrown into the mix, which is when Ewan got the easy job of resting in the buggy whilst I remembered that the walk to Littlehampton town centre from East Beach car park is a lot further than it seems, particularly when walking against the wind!!!
