B is for B*stards

Today I had to return to Sunderland hospital for my sins. Whilst I was there I took a picture of the bastards who took my picture last time I was there and promptly fined me £60 for my overstay of 1 minute and 57 seconds whilst I waited to get out of the hospital car park.
Fortunately they had the sense to overturn the charge last week, but they are now public enemy number one in my eyes (the outpatient reception desk at the hospital are vying for that position... We won't go there).
