The Prosecution accuses this seagull of the theft of a child's ice cream.

Despite his cunning plan to avoid arrest by blatantly then eating the evidence I managed to record him with a distinctly ice-creamy beak and with a big ball of ice cream stuck in his throat.

And the court finds the Seagull - Guilty as Charged !
