Another beautiful sunny day , well for most of it. We sat in the garden and I've actually caught the sun and have prickly heat.
David's new order of books arrived this morning so we took him down to Rosemarkie to deliver some to the beach café.
As it was so nice we decided ( David and myself ) to walk to the Point . The tide was coming in so we walked along the path that runs next to the golf course. It was very quiet today with just one or two golfers playing.
We sat in the dunes and had a mini picnic. Lots of gulls about feeding on something in the Firth but no dolphins or seals spotted. Quite a few people out enjoying the sunny day.
We just made it along the beach at the corner of the lighthouse wall before the tide came in too far.
A walk back down the Fortrose side of the peninsula and we could see rain clouds in almost every direction. Saw skylarks,  starlings and a yellow hammer singing on a wire.
Mike picked us up just in time :)
