Dawyk Skunk

Spring is well underway at Dawyk.  A few rhododendrons are full of flower, some have a few flowers with many buds just waiting to burst and others are just biding their time.  Its the sort of time when there will be something everyday.

And underneath some trees there was a patch of skunk cabbage thrusting their way upwards.  They look wonderfully exotic and seem very content if a little incongruous in the Scottish Borders.

And the coffee between the showers was excellent.
