Market Madness

Every food outlet in the mercado, taco vendors, fondas, and the relleno de puerco lady (shown here), was jammed with tourists as I performed my semi-daily rounds this morning. I expected a quiet market as I mistaken thought everyone would be at Easter Services. Not to be. It seemed everyone in town was out to eat and they had all converged on the market. This woman was doing a brisk business, filling bags and bolillos with this delicious pork stew mixture, which I assume her customers will be taking to the beach later today. The last day of big crowds. The many buses will be heading out this afternoon for the long trip home.
