Drive Around

We took a very pleasant drive around Dublin tonight for a couple of hours to try and absorb a feel for the centenary celebrations going on. When you see many of these buildings in lights you wonder why they don't do this type of thing more often. Having said that it took the french over a hundred years to realize that lighting the Eiffel Tower was an obvious must do...and what a change that makes... just saying
