Mr M isn't well.

I abandoned him to his bed of woe, sadness and grump to take the girls out and about.

So, we had a play in the park, scones at a pals and a walk down to the harbour after tea to count seals and check out the sunset.

Two seals.
Lots of eider, kittiwakes and gulls.

When we were down at the harbour a very smiley, happy lady caught our eye and declared that 'this place is just awesome!'

Yes it is. We agreed :)

Mr M has since thrown up and has (finally) agreed to see a doctor. Tomorrow. We'll kick this bug's butt dammit!
