A Winter's Tail (or two)

It's a while since I've been across to see the two Shetlands - Beauty and Toffee - but today was cold, crisp and bright - not too common in these parts but pleasant walking weather. The two seem quite happy in the field, still some grass and as you can see, they've got their shaggy winter coats on. They liked their treats of carrots, as usual, and have a whole shed of hay to get through when the time comes. Hope this weather holds.
