Interesting weather!

We had torrential rain last night, so the dog walk this afternoon was along the Fossdyke, for dry ground. Some amazing looking clouds!!
 
We cross the railway line on this walk and we were stopped twice, once for the local two carriage sprinter and a longer wait for a much longer freight train.
   
There were dozens of little birds in the newly ploughed field and in the puddles at the side of the road. I wasn’t sure what they were and had to look them up when I got home. This is a poor quality shot (wrong lens) but in extras as my first shot of a Pied Flycatcher.
