View from a Hide.
We headed to Cilgerran in North Pembrokeshire today, for a visit to Cilgerran Castle (and an Easter egg trail) followed by an explore of The Welsh Wildlife Trust Centre.
Having holidayed in Pembrokeshire for a decade, both were a revelation! Cilgarran Castle - albeit ruined - was picturesque and allowed scrambles amidst the exposed ramparts, whilst the Wildlife Trust land was expansive, with walkways over the wetlands, abundant wildlife and a number of hides. Harry was enthralled and walked for miles, exploring the different pathways. The hides were a particular favourite. The sunshine was a bonus!
(The extra shows Harry and Auntie Alison on one of the many walkways over salt marshland).
