Tikoy - Sweet Rice Cake for Chinese New Year

A Chinese rice cake shaped like a koi fish in time for the coming Chinese New Year! I'm not of Chinese descent (that I know of) but the whole country celebrates it with China having a huge influence to the Filipino culture.

While it can be eaten all year round, traditionally it is most popular during Chinese New Year.
