Bank Holiday Mondays....

.......are made for piggyback rides ;)

We popped to the house briefly to see what the bad weather may have done to the exposed house (nothing but wet). The pond had totally dried up on Friday but after all the rain in the night which kept me awake it had a good few inches back in. The frogs were back in force and the amount of frogspawn was incredible but unfortunately I don't think they will grown into frogs. We then went for breakfast in the nice cafe in Kinver.

The rest of the day was well spent designing, planning and deciding what we want our kitchen to look like, we have done well and are almost ready to order once the builders are a bit further along.

Evening at my parents house for a lovely roast dinner to finish the nice four day weekend off.
