More Easter Bunnies were hopping around this afternoon when a neighbour popped round for an Easter afternoon tea. Along with these tasty homemade Easter biscuits, we tried out a new Easter Meringue Nest recipe (see extra). I must admit I’m now thinking I might have overdosed of sugar today! And as for the FODMAP, well, what FODMAP?!!
