Spring is in the air

What do you do on a Monday morning if work is not calling? Sleep. After 10 hours of solid sleep we only left towards noon heading into the Dischma valley to Teufi for an apple pie and back home. Again, it was sunny and wonderful warm. Easter weather is pampering us.

Prepared "spring" penne ritorte with green asparagus, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for mid afternoon lunch/dinner.

Will go back to to the Zurich area very late tonight once all the Easter traffic from the South has quieted down.
