Kenmore
Today we headed off for our Easter break. We drove up to Crieff, and then over the Sma' Glen to Amulree. From there we took a little unclassified road we had never been on, over to beautiful Kenmore on Loch Tay. The weather was nice and the views were stunning. The wee road went over the mountains and it was a fab trip, with a great many scary bends which the HG loved. My photo was taken looking across the river to the Kenmore Hotel.
We had a bit of lunch at Kenmore, and then drove to Pitlochry, where we were having a country dancing break, all forty two of us!!!! Some came by coach, and some by car, but we all got there!
As the hotel has a very tiny dance floor, not suitable for some enthusiastic set dancers, we had contacted the local country dance group, and they were able to offer us their little hall at Moulin, where they dance regularly, for our time there. Naturally, we invited them to join us and what a great time we had.
Drew organised the music as usual from his collection of music cd's, and we had a great night.
Looking forward to an adventure tomorrow!
