I'm telling you, it makes you feel better!

We changed the walk this time. Rather than going up and down a mountain we decided to do a loop of Tullymore Forest. After some confusion with the map and km vs mile measurements we walked for a long long time... longer than we intended.

A different set of aches and pains to deal with but another good training session under the belt!
