Easter Cheesecake

Roman cheesecake, according to the recipe but who cares, it's low in fat so I could have my fair share. We had a delightful family afternoon, the Flumlet ate a little of everything but mainly fruit and (most of) his gingerbread man.

Earlier we saw a strongly coloured rainbow, but it was so low it barely skimmed the rooftops, there's a bit of it in the extra photo..
