Easter sunday

First thing I headed out for a training run - i was aiming for 8.5 miles on trails ....11 miles later I was back home feeling very soggy and tired. I've never rung at far before! 13.1 is definitely seeming possible now :-) It was a fab run up through the Penicuik Estate over Silverburn and up onto the edge of the Pentlands, then down to Coates Farm and back into the estate and home. It was a mix of sun, rain, wind and hail.
Then back home it was time to set up the Easter egg trail down the garden. A had spent the morning putting in some very wonderful steps halfway down the very steep bit - he ran out of materials but will continue soon! I laid a trail of chocolate eggs down the garden to the newly constructed den - which it has to be said I do seem the most excited about! My blip is of the boys in the den with their loot - yum!
