Long Melford

Mrs TT and I visited the church of Long Melford today, which must be one of the most impressive parish churches in the country.  I could not decide whether the inside or the outside (see extra) was more beautiful but in the end I went with the inside as the numerous windows and clerestory give an amazing quality of light to the long nave. For the rest of the afternoon, we dodged the showers and visited the heritage centre and a rather pleasant tearoom. A very happy Easter to you all.
