Fresh food

I saw Jens blip today of apples. I have to agree. We're very lucky where we are there are shops whose whole selling point is seasonal local produce with minimum miles from farmer to mouth.
I used to be a fussy veg eater. Now I give myself no choice. It's amazing the veg I now eat and love. Smug? oh yes.
