We were going to go to Whipsnade Zoo today but the weather forecast in Bedfordshire was pretty bad so we drove down to London Zoo instead. London weather was very overcast but only had a couple of little showers. The zoo was great, as usual. the new lion area had been built excellently with a huge area for the lions to play in and lots of different overlooking areas for the public.
Then a stroll along the canal side to Camden for a walk around the famous Camden market and a late lunch.
