Horned Grebe

The grands are gone, so I am back to photographing the birds. I followed the grebes around the dock, dipped down when I approached and came up farther way! I finally got this decent shot of the male Horned Grebe; during breeding time they get this rusty coloring. I love the red eyes. I will add a female in the extras......if I remember....I have forgotten to add the extras the last two times I said i was adding a photo. :-(( Oh well, now that I am making a big deal of it, I will remember.
