Can't get much more derelict than this....

The back of the facade of the Excelsior Hotel on Manchester St.....all that's left is the western street frontage supported by a 4 high wall of shipping containers....sad really - 30 odd years ago straight-out-of-high-school I used to walk past this every day on my way to work.
