I haven't had a particularly successful day. So Kevin Fonzo's appetizer of marrow bones with caramelized onions and bacon marmalade; his signature filet mignon very rare with a wild mushroom dusted, potato gratin, cabernet sauvignon sauce and truffle; and French toast bread pudding with cinnamon creme Anglaise and maple ice cream made the world as right as it could get.
