Last photo in France

Here are J, Th and Ch, just about to board our plane at CDG. I meant this photo to be the pair of this one, taken on August 18, 2011. The flight home was fine. I finished two, half-started novels and am just about done the third too.

Things that struck us different upon arrival: the sky (bigger clouds, different colour), the grass (dry and brown everywhere), big spaces (bigger cars, wider roads, space between buildings), emptier sidewalks.

We managed to stay awake until 8pm, then woke up around 4am... but that's how it goes!
