Amaryllis

A usual Saturday of shopping and visiting the elderly relatives. The pleasant morning turned to rain, some of it heavy. He the wind increased.

Glad I took this shot of the bulbs we planted at Christmas. They've taken time to mature but the wait has been worth it with a double flower head.

Otherwise, tidying the house ahead of the mothers' visit with the aunt for Easter Sunday lunch ( after the dawn service and Sunday School). Good thing I have Monday off!!
