Emerging

I spent the morning in the kitchen, preparing food for a family lunch. Sadly, my bright pink mushrooms were not quite ready to include in a recipe but as I'm out of idea for a Blip this evening, I thought that I'd show you how they are progressing. 
Not bad considering it is only 8 days since I opened the box and started watering the compost. For those interested, the box can be seen here.......and they really are this pink! 

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Easter, despite the atrocious weather. 

We have another big family gathering tomorrow and an indoor egg hunt :)
