Airing out

Walking with others for the day along the beach in a strong wind ~ good for airing out.

When home I was informed by a friend that our mutual friend has died all of a sudden last Thursday from a heart attack ~ this news hasn't sunk in yet with me, plain unbelievable I won't see her anymore
