A full on day at the JK. In the forest from 7am setting up and running the start. With an excellent team everything went smoothly.

This is Graham warming up at the start for an early run. This was then followed by a day of looking after the download and producing the results.

However the success of the event paled into insignificance when we returned home to some devastating news. In the early hours of this morning a close friend to my youngest son was killed in York. Only hours earlier he was with Tom at a Rugby Sevens tournament. His brother is very close to my middle son Matthew who spent a lot of time today supporting him. I taught Robert as well as enjoying his company when he came to visit. Words just can't convey our sadness.
