Girls together

Up early today to go to Crammond and do the Park Run. Met IB there and his family. J came with Kilda and they had a great time playing on the beach while I coughed up a lung on the 5K. Came back and sorted some things out in the flat before going up town to meet JD and IB to watch the rugby. When Scotland had the ball they seemed to play well. Watched a bit of the England game before leaving them to it. Came back and walked down to get fish and chips and some beer on the way back with Kilda
