Destination Zernez

This afternoon in the warmest temperatures (one layer only) I set off on my cross-country skis for Zernez. Warned off the trail and the soft snow/sludge, I decided to take my chance. No other skiers were foolish enough to attempt the ever changing conditions, soft, fresh, water, ice so I had the 20km route to myself. On one of the gullies I encountered a herd of chamois grazing, but I wasn't quick enough to capture them.
