sports day

she had her first sports day today, a mini olympic games at the village playgroup that we knew nothing about till she got there. thankfully i'd booked the day off, so watching her run/trip/fall and generally flaphandy her way to the finish line really made our morning.

spent the afternoon with top friends lazing on a picnic rug in grosvenor park, followed with ice creams by the river, a park & ride and a couple of pints down our local.

a perfect day, topped off with wine, pizza and an earlyish night. happy birthday ladySp33d :)
