The Reader

Mila was fulsome in her praise of my book, a copy of which she brought along to be dedicated. Her review was gratifying, enhanced by the fact she holds a Masters in English Literature - particularly impressive as she's a Spanish national. She's covered her copy in brown paper to protect it, just as we did with our school books of old, as she takes it to read on her commutes. It meant I could be photographed with a copy of my book for the first time on blip!

We met, along with Dd and Josep, in Plaza de Vierreina in Gracia for a morning coffee that started at 11 am and lasted till 2 pm!
