First Monarch Butterfly.. Seen in Akaroa

Back Blip from Akaora..

This is the first Monarch butterfly I have seen while I have been in Akaroa. It was enjoying resting on the Kowhai tree. I have a little Swan plant so I hope it lays some eggs on it.

It has been a much cooler day but not rain, so good for gardening.
