First Bluebell?

The sun was shining and we had the whole day free, but somehow Mum and I just couldn't get moving this morning.  Eventually we headed out and I aimed for the Devil's Punchbowl for morning coffee - however it seemed that so did everybody else (and their dog).  After 3 times round the cark park we eventually found a space, by which time morning coffee became a rather nice lunch!

The afternoon saw us heading for West Dean Gardens, and after navigating the Bank Holiday traffic and avoiding kids (and enthusiastic parents) following the Easter Bunny trail, we had a lovely afternoon enjoying the sunshine and Spring flowers.

I found this early bluebell in the Spring Garden. "Just right for a Flower Friday" I thought
