Notes: Susan and I had breakfast at Hollander and then went into the Triathlon office at St. Anthony's for a day's work. Headed out 330p, met Deb around 530p. We walked to the Reef  but service was awful and we waited 45 min for a quesadilla to split. Early night in, stage one of ecHQ released.
